About the Role :
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Scrum Master to support our Product, Engineering, UX Design, and Operations teams in delivering high-quality technology solutions. This role is ideal for a servant leader passionate about Agile methodologies and dedicated to fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration. The Scrum Master will play a critical role in facilitating Agile ceremonies, supporting release management, and ensuring the successful delivery of features aligned with our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Serve as a dedicated Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams, fostering Agile best practices and continuous improvement.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Act as a coach for the team and organization on Agile principles, helping to remove impediments and drive high performance.
- Partner closely with Product Management, Engineering, UX Design, and Operations to ensure alignment on priorities, dependencies, and release schedules.
- Support release management, ensuring that features and capabilities are aligned with upcoming releases and that release readiness is communicated across teams.
- Represent releases to the Change Advisory Board (CAB) as needed, ensuring smooth deployment and risk mitigation.
- Drive team accountability and a culture of ownership while maintaining a servant leadership mindset.
- Work with stakeholders to track and optimize team performance metrics, using Agile methodologies to drive efficiency and quality.
- Identify and implement opportunities to scale Agile practices across the organization.
