A Tekstream client in the financial services industry space has an immediate need for an ONSITE Account Manager in the Alpharetta area.
Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and drive sales.
Project Oversight: Manage client accounts, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to the satisfaction of the customer.
Communication: Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, facilitating clear communication.
Strategic Planning: Develop account strategies to achieve client goals and identify opportunities for growth.
Reporting: Prepare regular reports on account performance, metrics, and other key indicators.
Problem Solving: Address client issues and concerns promptly to maintain client trust and satisfaction.
Qualifications/Desired Skills:
Minimum of five years of sales, sales management, or sales leadership experience.
Verifiable record of meeting assigned goals, job stability and advancement.
Lives within 25 miles of our Alpharetta location.
Ability and willingness for moderate travel to visit customers.
Ability and willingness to “roll up sleeves”, solid attention to details, ability to draft proposals, term sheets, and presentations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including direct interaction with customers and teammates.
Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills as well as extensive computer, CRM, and spreadsheet skills.
Ability to drive sales based on research and data.
Nice to have:
Working knowledge of ATMs, TCRs and/or other financial equipment.
Background of selling technology products in the Financial Industry.
