A valuable TekStream client is seeking a highly skilled Records and Information Management Consultant/SME to join their collaborative team on a major Federal program in Washington, DC (with a very limited need for travel).
*Seeking active Top Secret clearance.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Consult with the federal client on strategic improvements to RIM programs, conduct comprehensive assessments, and provide actionable optimization recommendations.
• Implement successful strategies for enhancing records classification, retention policies, and overall program efficiency.
• Develops and implements records management policies aligned with regulations, industry standards, and the agency’s needs.
• Educates stakeholders on the importance of effective RIM practices and their impact on the Bureau’s efficiency and compliance.
REQUIREMENTS
• Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, or equivalent
• Minimum of 7 years of RIM consulting experience
• Active Top Secret clearance
• Willing to travel within the continental United States
• Excellent customer service skills to adequately handle the needs of government program managers and their SMEs
• Detail-oriented with ability to work in a high-pressure environment handling sensitive and/or classified information while meeting multiple deadlines
