The ideal candidate will offer technical support for production and office personnel on computers, phones, and printers, and will be responsible for implementing and maintaining network servers, including active directory accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site desktop support for all hardware in the manufacturing plant.
- Setup, configure, install, and maintain end users' desktop computers and peripherals, both on the production line and in offices.
- Offer technical support for production and office personnel on computers, phones, and printers.
- Implement and maintain network servers, including active directory accounts.
- Perform break/fix support for network, server, and end user devices.
- Provide support for industrial printers.
- Manage and track hardware inventory and e-waste.
- Offer Windows 10 and Windows 11 support.
- Support mobile RF devices and workstation PCs.
- Perform other duties as required and assigned.
