Description
The expectation of these folks is they will be used for project-based work along with their day to day work, such as builds, imaging and deployments on top of cleanup work. They will be doing a mix of software and hardware troubleshooting and working in a hospital setting. They also need to cover day to day support such as rounding, troubleshooting end user issues by working with a WOW (workstation on wheels) and moving around the hospital going from location to location resolving and documenting assigned tasks within the Remedy ticketing system. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, energetic, and possess a go getter attitude. **Attitude and customer service are very important in this environment as they will need to provide white glove assistance to Doctors, Nurses, Managers, and Hospital staff. The candidates will be required to deploy and support desktops, thin clients, workstations, and multi-functional printers in clinical areas. This position is a 6 month rolling contract that is onsite 5 days a week in Greenwich, CT.
