Key Responsibilities:
- Addressing escalated customer requests and incidents.
- Providing high-quality service for on-site and remote employees.
- Diagnosing issues and providing resolutions.
- Tracking company PC assets and updating knowledgebase information.
- Contributing to IT projects.
Experience Required:
- 4-7 years in advanced technical support roles.
- Mentoring and training junior team members.
- Assisting in IT projects.
- Hands-on experience with incident management and service desk escalation.
- Troubleshooting hardware and software in Windows and MacOS environments.
- Scripting for automation.
- Supporting enterprise networks and familiarity with network protocols.
Technical Skills:
- Expertise in Windows 10/11 and macOS.
- Proficiency in Active Directory management.
- Advanced skills with Microsoft 365 suite.
- Experience with virtualization technologies.
- Proficiency in endpoint management systems.
- Knowledge of mobile device management solutions.
- Understanding of networking concepts and cloud computing platforms.
- Diagnosing, repairing, and replacing hardware components.
- Experience with imaging tools.
Soft Skills and Attributes:
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
