* Addressing escalated customer requests and incidents.
* Providing high-quality service for on-site and remote employees.
* Diagnosing issues and providing resolutions.
* Tracking company PC assets and updating knowledgebase information.
* Contributing to IT projects.
*Experience Required:*
* 4-7 years in advanced technical support roles.
* Mentoring and training junior team members.
* Assisting in IT projects.
* Hands-on experience with incident management and service desk escalation.
* Troubleshooting hardware and software in Windows and MacOS environments.
* Scripting for automation.
* Supporting enterprise networks and familiarity with network protocols.
*Technical Skills:*
* Expertise in Windows 10/11 and macOS.
* Proficiency in Active Directory management.
* Advanced skills with Microsoft 365 suite.
* Experience with virtualization technologies.
* Proficiency in endpoint management systems.
* Knowledge of mobile device management solutions.
* Understanding of networking concepts and cloud computing platforms.
* Diagnosing, repairing, and replacing hardware components.
* Experience with imaging tools.
*Soft Skills and Attributes:*
* Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
* Suggestions for process improvements.
