Helpdesk Engineer
Location: Andover, MA
Schedule: 4-day workweek, 10-hour shifts. Open availability for nights and weekends is required.

Job Description: Join an essential team dedicated to delivering outstanding end-user support in a global, fast-paced environment. As a Helpdesk Engineer, you will contribute to the seamless operation of critical IT systems, supporting both Mac and Windows platforms. Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Provide end-user support via calls, emails, and walk-ups for both Mac and Windows systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software break/fix issues.
  • Perform hardware support and new image builds.
  • Manage incidents and update/close tickets for an in-house customer using an ITSM platform.
  • Deliver Install, Move, Add, Change (IMAC) support.
  • Triage and resolve configuration issues related to operating systems.
  • Reinstall software, drivers, and add-ins.
  • Support other IT-related tasks as needed to maintain operational efficiency.

Required Experience:
  • Experience in computer configuration and repair.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in end-user support.
  • 3 years experience with incident management and/or IT ticketing systems.
  • Proficiency with SMS (or equivalent) to manage systems and applications.
  • Experience with MS Active Directory.
  • Familiarity with O365, AWS, OKTA, or similar tools, with skills above a basic level.

Skills: Help desk support, desktop support, Active Directory, troubleshooting, Office 365, service desk, technical support, Windows, Mac, AWS, OKTA, ITSM ticketing, ServiceNow.
Additional Qualifications:
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to provide "white-glove" service in a customer-facing role.
  • Experience in both Mac and Windows environments, with expertise in Active Directory, MS application support, and OKTA.
  • A professional and composed approach in high-pressure global environments.

Shift Options (subject to change):
  • Wednesday - Saturday, 6 AM - 4 PM
  • Wednesday - Saturday, 4 PM - 2 AM
  • Sunday - Wednesday, 6 AM - 4 PM
  • Sunday - Wednesday, 4 PM - 2 AM

Additional Information:
  • 12-month contract with the possibility of extension.
  • Standard drug test required
  • 1-2 round interview process.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
