Description
We are seeking a Field Tech Engineer with a strong technical background and a passion for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with various IT systems and be able to provide on-site support to ensure the smooth operation of our clinics and offices.
Key Responsibilities:
End User Support & Administration:
o Provide end-user support, including the administration of automated inventory, and troubleshooting network and corporate office devices such as printers, scanners, desktops, laptops, and iPads.
o Ensure proper functioning and connectivity of IT systems and equipment.
Network Support:
o Troubleshoot and resolve network issues within a corporate environment.
o Assist with the installation and maintenance of network infrastructure.
o Work with the IT team to ensure network security and reliability.
Telephony Experience:
o Experience with telephony systems is a bonus.
o Assist in the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of telephony systems.
User Support & Training:
o Provide technical support and assistance to end-users.
o Conduct training sessions to help users understand and utilize IT systems effectively.
o Address user concerns and provide solutions to improve their experience.
Documentation & Reporting:
o Maintain accurate records of all support activities and issues resolved.
o Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
o Generate reports on support activities and present findings to the IT team.
Project Work & Travel:
o Participate in IT projects, such as system upgrades and network expansions.
o Collaborate with the IT team to ensure the successful completion of projects.
o Provide on-site support for project implementation and testing.
o Travel as needed, primarily on the East Coast.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Field Tech Engineer or similar role.
3-4 years of hands-on experience with IT systems and equipment.
Strong corporate network knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
Experience with telephony systems is a bonus.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Great personality, strong collaboration, and communication skills.
Driven to make improvements and grow the business.
Experience in a fast-paced enterprise environment.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00/hr.
