Responsibilities
- Perform on-site troubleshooting, including computer replacements, printer fixes, and server refreshes.
- Provide user support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Configure and install workstations, printers, and network devices.
- Grant and manage domain access for employees.
- Perform routine system maintenance and updates.
- Work closely with remote support teams to resolve escalated issues.
- Maintain accurate documentation of client IT environments and support tickets.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional communication and service.
