IT Helpdesk Support (Local Only)

Must live in the Bend, OR area!
A Company in Bend, OR is hiring a Help Desk Support Technician to join the team for a great long term opportunity! This role has the opportunity to work hybrid remote after training!
Job Description:

• Client is an enterprise level environment. Work closely with existing staff, learning new technologies and supporting this world class leader.
• Troubleshoot password resets and login issues.
• Troubleshoot hardware issues such as keyboards, mouse, screens, etc.

Qualifications:

• 1 year of hardware support or helpdesk experience
• Open to IT certifications and degrees with minimal experience
• Experience supporting PC peripherals (keyboards, printers, mouse, etc.) is a plus
• Experience with Microsoft Office 2007(Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), XP and Windows 7 is a plus
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $41600.00/yr.
