Microsoft Specialist

We are hiring a Microsoft Specialist who can assist with demos, meetings, and stakeholder interactions for our Microsoft Suite.
Job Summary: This role is crucial in managing and enhancing the user experience on various internal applications, including SharePoint, Power Automate, Teams, Outlook, and DocuSign. Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:

• Enhance user experience on internal applications such as SharePoint, Power Automate, Teams, Outlook, and DocuSign.
• Utilize Agile and Scrum methodologies to manage projects and deliver results efficiently.
• Conduct demos during meetings to showcase new features and updates.
• Interact with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide solutions.
• Ensure seamless communication and collaboration across various platforms.

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with Microsoft applications such as SharePoint, Power Automate, Teams, Outlook, and DocuSign.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to interact effectively with stakeholders and team members.

Additional Information: This is a highly interactive role that requires excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with stakeholders regularly. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $70.00/hr.
