Description
Appraisal Desk position will work directly with the Appraisal Department team processing appraisal orders from entry through reception as well as assisting with any subsequent revision requests.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities include:
Responsible for organizing, tracking, and responding to appraisal requests in a timely manner.
Manage the data input from completed reports and updates from the third-party vendors.
Ensure Compliance with Regulations
Track progress of the appraisal orders and ensure the Appraisal Management Companies are performing up to expected service levels.
Serve as a liaison between the Appraisers, Lenders, Loan Officers, and Processors.
Follow up on borrower engagement and payment statuses.
Gather Market Data and Comparables:
o Research sales data, market trends, and neighborhood statistics.
o Select and analyze comparable properties for valuation purposes.

1-2 years of Mortgage experience

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $50000.00/yr.

Additionally, you will be entitled to 2 Weeks of paid vacation for each year of employment in
accordance with our usual policies.
You will be entitled to 1 Week, paid, to be allocated for illness or personal business each year of
