Overview
We are currently seeking a Disclosure Desk Specialist to join our Chandler, AZ team. If you’re detail-oriented, passionate about compliance, and thrive in a collaborative environment — we’d love to meet you. This is a full-time role at our Chandler location.
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review initial disclosures and re-disclosures in compliance with RESPA/TRID regulations.
- Ensure all loan data is accurate and complete at time of disclosure and loan lock.
- Record and maintain all disclosure-related communication in the loan file.
- Collaborate with Loan Officers and Processors to ensure timely and compliant disclosures.
- Review and edit fees on loan applications; re-disclose as necessary.
- Make updates to the loan application within Encompass.
- Securely deliver mortgage loan disclosures to borrowers.
- Monitor regulatory timelines and ensure compliance deadlines are met.
- Follow internal policies and procedures for operational excellence.
Qualifications:
- Previous mortgage lending experience is required.
- Strong understanding of federal mortgage compliance regulations (TRID, RESPA).
- Experience with Encompass Loan Origination System (LOS) is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Excellent organizational skills and time management.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
