Description
Manage and optimize network performance, ensuring high availability and reliability. Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot Cisco SDWAN and LAN. Implement and maintain network policies, procedures, and documentation. Monitor and manage network infrastructure, including SDWAN and LAN network devices. Respond to network incidents promptly and effectively and collaborate with the required stakeholder teams to mitigate risks. Perform regular updates, patches, and upgrades to network systems. Manage hardware and software lifecycles for network equipment. Expertise in handling network operational-related issues. Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends. Propose and implement improvements to enhance network operations. Conduct root cause analysis to prevent recurrence of incidents.
