Provide program management leadership and expertise of large scale, highly complex, high profile and high-risk initiatives that may be multi-jurisdictional and/or enterprise wide.
Develop and administer program assessment protocols for evaluation and improvement with an aim to maximize ROI
Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance to ensure the accountability for the program(s)' centralized group of projects and their successful full life cycle delivery

* Marketing and communications skills is nice to have - she already has designers on her team, she needs someone that can think of how to get in front of things to effectively communicate and run a more mature program.
Day to day:
The Director manages a product management team that supports TRIS Org (Technology Risk and Information Security). She has 10-15 different products she support and every PO thinks they have the most important product. She needs need someone to help her understand what is the roadmap for all the products, understand and help her get in front of new set of features and figure out a way to track it. She also needs help with due dates, help communicate marketing and communicate new releases.
They kick off annual refreshes based on products they support and right now the Director is the one that puts all that together. This person will be assisting her with the setup of all of this.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $65.00/hr.
