Position: Project Support Analyst
Overview: Seeking a Project Support Analyst to assist with the expanding Hawaiian Telecom 5-G program. This role involves supporting the Project Manager in various operational tasks to ensure the smooth execution of the program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with Per Diem and travel arrangements for drop technicians traveling to outer islands.
- Develop and maintain documentation, process maps, business requirements, and KPI reporting for the end customer.
- Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of all project locations (Oahu, Maui, Big Island, Kauai).
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare project reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure project goals and timelines are met.
