Salesforce Analyst

Job Description:

• Manage reporting for ques in Salesforce
• Use data from Salesforce tickets to create reports given to leadership team
• Build reporting on projects
• Coordinating and reporting on projects
• Data reporting
• Continuously update Salesforce dashboard reports, ticket types, and templates to allow for more efficient workflow
• Communicate on escalated questions/issues by using their ticket number to research a problem

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Data Analytics - 2 years
• Salesforce Reporting - 2 years
• Medicaid Eligibility is preferred

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $41.93 - $41.93
