This is mostly production work. Ability to document agreements into a design specification. Previously hired skilled designers to break down large technical problems THEN execute. Looking for someone to focus on production.
OVERVIEW:
Support team lead in the delivery of high-quality design solutions that win sales.
PRIMARY TASKS:
Seek input from key stakeholders.
Follow established design systems and processes.
Communicate design solutions to engineers and stakeholders using diagrams, models, and layouts.
Create and maintain design specification documents.
Validate and test as needed.
OTHER TASKS
Collaborate with our design team to evolve and refine our design system.
Refine and maintain the group's guides, processes, toolkits, and libraries.
SKILLS
Problem-solving and analytical skills.
Familiarity with design systems.
A solid foundation in layout and design patterns.
Excellent attention to detail.
EXPERIENCE:
3-6 years experience in related fields preferred.
Must provide a portfolio of related work that showcases your work.
EDUCATION:
* Preferred: Degree in visual communications, interaction design, graphic design, human computer interaction, or equivalent

The pay range for this position is $47.83 - $55.07/hr.
