This is mostly production work. Ability to document agreements into a design specification. Previously hired skilled designers to break down large technical problems THEN execute. Looking for someone to focus on production.
OVERVIEW:
Support team lead in the delivery of high-quality design solutions that win sales.
PRIMARY TASKS:
*Seek input from key stakeholders.
*Follow established design systems and processes.
*Communicate design solutions to engineers and stakeholders using diagrams, models, and layouts.
*Create and maintain design specification documents.
*Validate and test as needed.
OTHER TASKS
*Collaborate with our design team to evolve and refine our design system.
*Refine and maintain the group's guides, processes, toolkits, and libraries.
SKILLS
*Problem-solving and analytical skills.
*Familiarity with design systems.
*A solid foundation in layout and design patterns.
*Excellent attention to detail.
EXPERIENCE:
*3-6 years experience in related fields preferred.
*Must provide a portfolio of related work that showcases your work.
EDUCATION:
* Preferred: Degree in visual communications, interaction design, graphic design, human computer interaction, or equivalent

The pay range for this position is $47.83 - $55.07/hr.
