Job Description
The successful candidate will stay current with title and salvage laws in multiple states, providing exceptional customer service to those picking up vehicles or titles.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a cashier for customers picking up vehicle or title services.
- Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve problems encountered during the title transfer process.
- Perform various clerical duties, including word processing, filing, and data entry.
- Organize files and documents in alphabetical order.
Requirements
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of office software.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; prior office experience preferred.
