Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Appointment Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for responding to inquiries from patients, vendors, insurance companies, and other medical facilities.
You will provide exceptional customer service by greeting clients properly, rescheduling appointments via telephone calls, SMS, or registration, and following up on appointments in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.
Main Responsibilities:
- Responding to patient questions and needs by editing, canceling, and rescheduling appointments as necessary according to clinic protocols.
- Demonstrating knowledge and understanding of SY Health programs and services.
- Adhering to current department productivity and quality assurance requirements.
Requirements:
- Bilingual in Vietnamese.
- 1 year of experience in customer service, call center, or healthcare setting, or successful completion of an externship program with San Ysidro Health.
- English fluency in both spoken and written language.
- Exceptional phone manner.
