Description:
TEKsystems is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Nashville, TN. This role involves overseeing various building automation projects across Nashville, with potential assignments throughout the state as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend weekly meetings (both internal and external)
- Manage project resources, including planning, scheduling, and forecasting manpower.
- Coordinate projects in line with contract documents and approved estimates.
- Handle all project documentation, including RFIs, meeting minutes, and change orders.
- Prepare project billing forecasts and schedules of values.
- Review and approve estimates and change orders.
- Ensure financial management of all assigned projects.
- Prepare and negotiate subcontractor bidding documents.
- Maintain project contract documents per quality policy.
- Update project schedules and cost estimates.
- Deliver final project documentation to customers and collect payments.
- Communicate effectively with customers.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
- 3 years as a Project Manager in Building Automation, HVAC Controls, or Security/CCTV.
- Advanced understanding of HVAC and control systems, including BACnet/LON/MODBUS protocols.
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in Office 365, File Structure, and VISIO.
- Dedication to operational excellence and customer service.
- Experience with EcoStruxure is a HUGE plus

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $42.50 - $53.00/hr.
