* As a Claims Processor, you will assist customers with their homeowner insurance claims, managing the process from reporting through to the completion of repairs. You will learn to work with clients, contractors, and various stakeholders to ensure claims are handled accurately and efficiently.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Handle a minimum of 25 inbound calls daily from clients reporting claims, ensuring each call is managed with professionalism and empathy.
* Document all claim activities in the multi-screen computer system, ensuring compliance with all regulations and guidelines.
* Communicate effectively with clients, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely manner to alleviate their frustrations.
* Maintain thorough records of each claim process, including inspections needed before fund disbursement.
* Work collaboratively with other team members to meet production, quality, and attendance metrics, fostering a supportive team environment.
* Participate in intensive training sessions, including shadowing experienced staff and classroom learning to familiarize yourself with industry practices and company procedures.

* Experience of at least 1 year in customer service, administrative or data entry.
