*Description*
*Governance Team around building process and governance. This position will support the Configuration Management Team, comprised of 5 people (one manager, two process people, and two developers). Overall, they draft data for reporting purposes. This is strategic for bringing in thought leadership in terms of process improvement and building new process and integrating existing process.
* They have identified gaps, so they are working on closing those gaps for 2025.
*Does not need to have past title of Configuration Manager - Needs ITIL experience and someone who understands business process around IT. Think change management, incident management, etc. within infrastructure.

*Baseline compliance metrics
*Various processes to support that space
*Drive classification of devices (Example: If I drift on a device behind several firewalls vs. finding a drift on an internet edge - identify which is more critical and help solve enhanced exception process.

*Risk/Governance Background in Infrastructure
*ServiceNow (Visio experience would help or anywhere they have built out process flows)
