*CRM Admin / Marketing Assistant* will be responsible for driving qualified leads to the Sales team, engaging current customers with updates and new developments regarding the company's products and services, driving digital marketing, and growing social media presence.
*Job Description: *
-Process leads to Sales team through all platforms (website, face-to-face marketing, social media, e-mail, and blogs).
-Maintain Synergy database and provide accurate reporting on Active companies as customers and prospects.
-Assist and fill in for Digital Marketer when necessary on social media engagement to provide a format to connect with new customers, display personality, and ultimately drive sales.
-Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, promote products and services, and drive conversions, utilizing segmentation and personalization strategies.
-Distribute and assist with the development of content for blogs and social media posts to articulate value proposition and drive understanding of what makes thme different.
*Qualifications*
-Experience with all social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, etc)
-Experience working with lead generation CRMs
-Experience working in marketing (internship or job)
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
-Quick Learner

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
