DescriptionField inbound calls and emails from customers Proactively reach out to customers to discuss and resolve sales and service issues Answer inbound customer inquiries regarding order status, delivery updates, product warranty status', product options and specificationsDocument customer complaints and provide resolutions and any service action needed Document all customer interactions in internal systems Inquire and resolve customer issues regarding shipping mistakes, financial billing issues and order historyCollaborate with internal sales team to assist customers with any escalated inquiriesPay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00 / hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
