* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
* Resolve customer issues and complaints by identifying problems and coordinating with relevant departments.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
* Monitor customer service metrics and report on performance.
* Assist in the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures.
* Train and support customer service representatives to ensure high-quality service.
* Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to address customer needs and improve service delivery.
* Handle escalated customer issues and provide appropriate solutions.
* Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the service.

*Qualifications:*
