* *Process customer orders* and track their status from initiation to delivery.
* Provide timely *order follow-up*, ensuring customers are informed of the order status and expected delivery times.
* Collaborate with *vendors* to coordinate product availability, pricing, and delivery schedules.
*Required Skills and Qualifications*
* *Customer Service*: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to manage customer expectations and address concerns.
* *Quoting*: Experience in creating accurate and competitive quotes based on customer specifications.
* *Order Processing*: Ability to manage orders through the entire process, from quote generation to delivery.
* *Proficiency in Microsoft Word*: Strong familiarity with document creation and editing.
* *Reading Drawings*: Must be able to interpret technical drawings to determine customer needs.
* *Attention to Detail*: High level of accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks.
