Deskside and Field Support
1. Approximate 1 to 3 years Windows 10 Deskside /Client Networking/General Network Field Support in a corporate environment is required.
2. Resource must have very good communication skills and presentable professionally.
3. Resource must have very good documentation skills.
4. All resources must live in the general areal (15 mile radius of Providence, RI) and must be ok with field travel as needed to support client sites for escalations.\\
5. Healthcare environment experience is a bonus

IT troubleshooting and support, windows 10, Active Directory, Office suite support, hands on hardware / software troubleshooting and support, asset management
