Deskside and Field Support
1. Approximate 3 to 5 years Windows 10 Deskside /Client Networking/General Network Field Support in a corporate environment is required.
2. Resource must have very good communication skills and provide great customer service.
3. Resource must have very good documentation skills.
4. All resources must live in the general areal (15 mile radius of Providence, RI) and must be ok with field travel as needed to support client sites for escalations.\\
5. Healthcare environment experience is a bonus
Skills
IT troubleshooting and support, windows 10, Active Directory, Office suite support, hands on hardware / software troubleshooting and support, asset management
a. Deployment of PC hardware - PCs, displays, peripherals
b. Windows 11 OS
c. Installation of software apps or drivers
d. Experience with SCCM as the delivery tool for software
e. Active Directory experience - minimal but understanding groups etc.
f. One drive and data set up
g. Network print environment
h. VDI experience so they can verify from old hardware & apps to new PC deployments
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $31.00/hr.
