Client is looking for a technical resource with at least 5 years application support experience. They have multiple large projects going on and their FTE staff is unable to handle the day to day tasks while working on projects. This role requires experience providing tier 2 applications support - helping internal employees resolve issues with ERP and CRM systems as well as ServiceNow. Candidates must possess strong troubleshooting and communications skills. This role requires an individual to on-site 2-3 days per week at office in Fort Collins, CO.
