We are seeking an agile and strategic leader who can work effectively in a matrixed environment. The ideal candidate will have experience managing minor projects, selecting, training, motivating, and evaluating information technology personnel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, supervise, coordinate, and participate in operational activities for assigned information systems work groups.
- Select, train, motivate, and evaluate information technology personnel.
- Plan, prioritize, assign, supervise, and review the work of staff responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining hardware and software applications.
- Manage assigned projects and budgets; monitor project and budget performance and compliance with applicable specifications, rules, regulations, and laws related to information systems analysis.
- Analyze information systems requirements and design and implement processes and/or improvements that promote increased efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide technical leadership and direction in all phases of software and hardware selection, product development, implementation, testing, and support.
