We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused IT Support Specialist in Elkhorn, WI. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, be self-directed, and efficiently manage their time while working across various departments. This role involves using the Track-It ticketing system to manage and resolve technical issues. The environment is primarily Windows-based, and is in the process of implementing Office 365 (O365) and Microsoft Teams, so knowledge in these areas is highly desirable.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Provide exceptional customer service and technical support to end-users.
* Manage and resolve support tickets using the Track-It ticketing system.
* Assist in the implementation and support of Office 365 and Microsoft Teams.
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows operating systems, including Windows 10.
* Perform tasks related to Active Directory, Exchange Server, and other Microsoft technologies.
* Support desktop hardware and software installations, configurations, and migrations.
* Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless IT operations.
* Maintain accurate documentation of support activities and solutions.
*Required Skills:*
* Proficiency in Office 365 and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Strong knowledge of Active Directory and Exchange Server.
* Experience with help desk and service desk support.
* Proficient in troubleshooting Windows operating systems, particularly Windows 10.
* Familiarity with ticketing systems, especially Track-It.
* Technical support experience in a Windows-based environment.
*Additional Skills & Qualifications:*
* Experience as a PC technician, including hardware installation and configuration.
* Knowledge of software installation and migration processes.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A , Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate) are a plus.
*Preferred Qualifications:*
* Experience with the implementation and support of Office 365 and Microsoft Teams.
* Previous experience in a similar IT support role.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
*Pay and Benefits*
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.50/hr.
