We are seeking a skilled Level 2 Desktop Support Technician to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and resolve software and hardware incidents, tasks, and requests escalated through service management software.
- Perform programming and related administrative tasks for managed printers.
- Ensure compliance with all company training, legal, and ethical requirements.
- Provide exceptional customer service and possess good problem-solving skills.
Requirements:
- Experience with desktop break/fix and computer hardware services, including break/fix laptops.
- Experience with managed print services, including remote printer programming.
