*HYBRID Admissions Specialist - Inbound Support (mainly remote)*
*Location*: Required to go into office 1x/month

Job Description:
* Respond to inbound calls, e-mails, and faxed referrals.
* Request placement and respond to inquiries via outbound calls and e-mails.
* Place outbound calls to hospitals for placement requests.
* Partner with Field Operations to visit doctor's offices and hospitals.
* Adhere to performance metrics and quality assurance call standards.
* Coordinate and complete patient placement using all tools and resources.
* Maintain data forms and enter them into the database.
* Achieve department metrics and goals.
* Work during expanded hours to serve patients and teammates.
* Comply with HIPAA regulations for patient information confidentiality.

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $20.00/hr.
