TEKsystems is hiring for an up and coming corporate business in Carlisle, PA. This is an exciting opportunity to get in on the ground floor for an established UK-based company with a ton of growth potential here in the US. *Basic Duties: *
* Respond to incoming customer inquiries through omnichannel CRM platform and ERP system (these inquiries could be in the form of phone call, email, or chat).
* Support and correspond with customers who have inquiries, questions or issues that need to be resolved.
* Liaise with other departments within the company to help resolve customer issues/concerns.
* Perform other related duties as assigned to meet the ongoing needs of organization.
Hours are Monday-Friday 8:15am-5pm. No weekends or holidays are required.
*Additional Skills & Qualifications*
Qualifications & Experience:
* Minimum of 1 year customer service experience
* Experience utilizing CRM and ERP systems preferred
* Excellent communication both verbally and written.
* Ability to manage difficult customer conversations and/or communications.
*Pay and Benefits*
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
