- Two or more years of experience in IT Infrastructure administration
- Server, Workstation, and / or Network Support and Log Monitoring experience is required.
- A firm understanding of computing security and reliability practices is required.
- Strong written, verbal communication, and time management skills.
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience in IT / OT (Operational Technology) training
- Experience with industrial SCADA systems; PLC and DCS experience preferred; experience with Honeywell Experion system a plus
- Thorough understanding of backup and monitoring tools required (Acronis, Symantec End Point Protection, VMWare Configuration Manager, Solarwinds Network Monitoring)
- Thorough understanding of routing, Layer 2 and 3 switching, Cisco ASA Firewalls, Cisco IOS, DNS, VLAN's preferred
- Experience with design, implementation & support of VMware virtualized environments
- Clear and effective written and verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills
- A self-motivated person who is able to work on multiple projects simultaneously and adapts to changing priorities
- Experience supporting and troubleshooting Window Server, Workstations and SQL Server Administration.

The pay range for this position is $34.00 - $39.00 / hr.
