About the Job
We are seeking a highly skilled IT professional to join our team as an Applications Support/Infrastructure Administrator. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support and administration services for our applications and systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and support via Slack and Jira
- Maintain and monitor systems, ensuring optimal performance and uptime
- Collaborate with database administrators to resolve issues and improve system efficiency
- Participate in helpdesk duties and discussions with development teams for upgrades and performance enhancements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems or related field
- Experience in management information systems or computer science
- Strong knowledge of server administration, monitoring tools, and scripting/automation work
- Ability to respond to issues outside normal business hours and participate in on-call support
