Responsibilities :
- Technical Quoting : Collaborate with the Manager on technical quoting. Once the quote has been accepted, complete order entry and account management throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Sales Funnel Management : Handle customer inquiries submitted through the website or emails / calls sent by prospective customers requesting additional information.
- Sales Growth : Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase sales and profitability. Develop and implement strategic sales plans tailored to specific clients.
- Account Management : Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and manage any issues that arise.
- Customer Interaction : Ask the customer the right questions about the product they are requesting to ensure accurate quotes and product designs. Then, convert pricing information into a quote letter and send it to the customer.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.85 - $28.85 / hr.
