A TEKsystems client is seeking a dedicated IT Support Technician to provide exceptional technical support to client's end user population. This role involves troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing IT equipment and systems to ensure seamless operations in a healthcare environment.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Provide on-site technical support for hardware and software issues.
Diagnose and resolve technical problems related to medical devices and IT infrastructure.
Perform installations, configurations, and upgrades of systems and applications.
