*Key Responsibilities:*
* Provide Level 3 desktop support for PC and Mac users.
* Troubleshoot operating systems and network issues.
* Handle Layer 1 physical connectivity and set IP addresses.
* Crimp Cat5/Cat6 cables and understand fiber-optic technology.
* Manage Active Directory tasks (account setup, permissions, password resets).
* Support broadcast-specific applications.
* Maintain office apps and communication tools.
* Test network switches and Cisco systems.
* Install and fix printers for events.
* Follow pre-event setup checklists.
* Physical Expectations: Carry equipment up to 60 pounds, crouch under equipment if needed, move and set up equipment onsite.
*Pay and Benefits*
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr.
