This client specializes in highly advanced patient simulators that are designed to help train medical professionals to limit malpractice in the healthcare space. The tech support specialist will provide over the phone support for these simulators that are deployed at hospitals and universities across the USA! In the repair depot, you provide hands on support for simulators sent back for repair or upgrades.
