What are the responsibilities and job description for the Legal Mail Clerk position at TEKsystems?
TEKsystems is looking to hire a Legal Document Clerk to work with one of the largest, rapidly growing law firms in the Columbus, OH area.
* Pay: $19.00-$20.00/hour
* Shift: 8:30AM-5:00PM (M-F)
* Office located in Dublin, OH (MUST BE LOCATED IN THE DUBLIN, OH AREA)
*Job Details:*
* The Legal Clerk performs multiple administrative tasks to support theparalegal team and Office manager with the physical aspects of the case flow
* Print cases for the attorney to review, tab for signature, and coordinate anycorrections needed
* Manage a high volume of incoming and outgoing mail
* System client updates including notifying of case submission, case receipts, case update letters, etc.
* Preparing and sending out a high volume of welcome packets in a timelyfashion
* Manage clients' fingerprints and outgoing requests (nospecific prior experience required as we will train on these aspects)
* Assist with filing, copying, other administrative tasks
*Skills & Qualifications:*
* 1 years of mail room, document clerk, legal clerk, or similar experience
* HS diploma/GED
* Ability to be on feet a majority of shift
* Task oriented/able to work in a fast-paced environment

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.
