*Job Description*
* This Loan Documentation Processor will be working in the National Title Review Team.
* Responsible for performing a variety of loan documentation duties on complex loan packages to ensure compliance with Company policies and procedures for loan products.
* Contact Settlement Agents and ensure all requirements are correct
* Provide excellent customer service to lenders
*Skills and Qualifications*
* Previous mortgage experience
* Other financial services experience would work as well
*Pay and Benefits*
The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr.
