Our client, a leading North American banking and financial services institution, is looking to add a Loan Servicing Analyst to their Billings, MT team.
*Description*
Data Management: Work with management to gather, analyze, interpret, and report on performance data.
Process Improvement: Collaborate with team members to improve departmental processes.
Operational Reviews: Help analyze data for operational reviews.
Project Participation: Lead or participate in projects like customer onboarding and process changes.
Relationship Building: Foster productive relationships within the business and other functions.
Team Collaboration: Work with various teams to ensure timely and efficient task completion.
Support and Advice: Provide advice to colleagues to help complete tasks and improve processes.
Training and Assistance: Offer on-the-job training and assistance to others.
Issue Escalation: Escalate issues to senior team members when necessary.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and make recommendations or escalate them to the manager.
Collaborate with management in accumulating, analyzing, interpreting, and reporting operational performance data.
* Partner with team members in process improvement for department initiatives.
* Coordinate and participate with the analysis necessary for the functional operations reviews.
* Lead/participate in projects impacting the site as needed such as Customer onboarding, process changes, etc.
* Enable productive relationships within the line of business (LOB) and other functions through responsiveness and support.
* Proactively work with others (i.e., on own team, shared service center, other operational areas, or with the internal business partner and/or external customer) to ensure delivery of timely, quality and efficient fulfillment activities.
* Provide advice to internal business partners and peers to support the completion of a process or activity within established procedures. Provide input and analysis into the continuous improvement of business processes and procedures within the scope of the work team, and participate in the planning, testing and implementation of projects and new/ revised products/ services or processes.
* Provide on-the-job assistance and training to others, as requested. Escalate issues that require resolution by more senior team members, as per guidelines. Identify potential risk situations/ impacts, and make recommendations or escalate to the manager.

Previous administrative or operations experience within the financial services industry

The pay range for this position is $21.95 - $21.95/hr.
