What are the responsibilities and job description for the Medical Call Center Representative position at TEKsystems?
One of Connecticut's Largest Health Systems is looking to add a Medical Call Center Representative to their team! This individual will be responsible for answering calls from patients, verifying demographics, completing insurance verification, scheduling and rescheduling appointments and procedures and overall providing excellent customer service.
This is a fully on-site position, located in Farmington, CT.
Hours : 7 : 30am-3 : 30pm.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $20.00 / hr.
