*Job Title:* On-Site Audiovisual Engineer

*Position Overview:* We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused On-Site Audiovisual Support Engineer. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of AV equipment and assisting end-users with technical issues.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Technical Support:
* Provide on-site technical support for audiovisual equipment, including projectors, displays, sound systems, and conferencing tools.
* Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues promptly.
* Assist with video conferencing setups and troubleshooting.
* Routine Maintenance:
* Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of audiovisual systems to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.
* Perform equipment and software updates as needed.
* Ensure users are comfortable and confident in utilizing AV systems.
* Equipment Inventory:
* Maintain an inventory of audiovisual equipment and accessories.
* Track equipment usage and availability.
* Assist with procurement of replacement parts and accessories when necessary.
* Collaboration:
* Collaborate with AV Technicians and contractors on larger projects as needed.
* Communicate effectively with team members to share knowledge and solve complex issues.
* Customer Service:
* Provide exceptional customer service by addressing user concerns and inquiries promptly.
* Act as a point of contact for AV-related questions and support requests.
*Technical Proficiency:*
* Knowledge of AV equipment including projectors, screens, microphones, speakers, and video conferencing systems.
* Troubleshooting skills to diagnose and fix technical issues quickly.
* *Familiarity with Crestron Toolbox, Crestron, Extron, QSC, and Poly audiovisual equipment.*
*Compensation*:
* Pay is based on experience.
*Pay and Benefits*
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00/hr.
