*NOW HIRING for a Order Entry Specialist/Customer Service Rep for a large and growing manufacturing company!!!*
*MUST HAVES:*
1 year of manufacturing customer service experience
Experience with a CRM or ERP system
*Description:*
* Answering inbound phone calls in a professional and helpful manner.
* Making outbound phone calls in response to any inquires, questions, or other follow up
* Confirms account number, part number & descriptions
* Communication to customer on availability, open orders, and ship dates
* Confirms pricing & availability
* Answer customer service inquiries, phones or emails as assigned and meets statistical expectations as set by supervisor (refer to grid)
* Supports administrative duties on sending and receiving supplier purchase orders
* Ability to multi-task issuing credits and rebills according to policy and procedure
*Shift:*
Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
*Pay and Benefits*
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00
