We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist to join our dynamic team in Madison, WI. The Sales Support Specialist will play a crucial role in assisting our sales team, ensuring smooth sales operations, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
*Responsibilities:*
* Provide troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses, and relevant issues.
* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely manner.
* Process orders accurately and ensure timely delivery.
* Maintain and update sales-related databases and tracking tools.
* Support sales representatives in managing client accounts, including lead follow-up and customer relationship management.
* Perform data entry duties .
*Qualifications:*
* 1 years of order entry or data entry experience
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
*Work Environment:*
* The building is relatively new (built in 2019) and features an open, airy, and clean space.
* Standing desks and a wall of windows within the Customer Service area.
* Smaller team of 15 people, with most having come through TEK.
* Working hours: 9:00am-5:30pm Monday - Friday
*Pay and Benefits*
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
